INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY SERVICES

We offer Home and Community-based services for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Services are designed to help individuals manage their lives and engage in the community by addressing individual interests and needs.

COMPANION CARE

We offer professional, reliable Companion Care for individuals with IDD. These individuals live in their private residences for the limited purposes of providing supervision and minimal assistance that is focused solely on the health and safety of the adult individual (18 and older) with intellectual disability. Companion Care consists of taking care of a pet, driving to appointments, light housekeeping, meal prep and planning, grocery shopping, washing dishes or clothes, ADL's and I ADL's, including grooming, health care, household care, and socialization.

Homemaker / Chore Services
These are indirect services that include household cleaning/maintenance and homemaker activities such as meal preparation, laundry and services to keep the home in a safe condition.

In-Home and Community Support Services
Unforgettable Caregivers assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining and improving the skills necessary to live in the community, to live more independently, and to participate meaningfully in community life. In-Home and Community Support is provided in community settings, the settings are inclusive rather than segregated. Every individual has the capacity to engage in lifelong learning.
